ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for freelance Creative Directors based in Dubai to bring bold ideas, strategic thinking, and seamless coordination to our projects. This role requires someone who is not only a visionary creative but also an excellent organiser that is able to balance conceptual leadership with hands-on coordination to ensure ideas are delivered with impact.

You will collaborate closely with our Account Directors and project teams, overseeing writers and designers to ensure that all deliverables are inspiring, on brand, on brief, and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative direction and delivery

• Provide big picture ideation and creative leadership.
• Cultivate creative solutions from concept to execution.
• Translate client objectives into compelling creative campaigns, toolkits and activations.
• Lead and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary creative teams (both permanent and freelance).
• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
• Confidently present ideas and campaign strategies to clients.

Project Coordination and Oversight

• Balance creativity with strong organisational skills, ensuring smooth workflow across projects.
• Clarify priorities and direct effort where it delivers most value.
• Handle multiple projects simultanesouly while maintining qualoty.
• Work with the Client Services to ensure projects are delivered on tome. on brief and within budget.
• Uphold brand, tone of voice and quality standards across all creative output.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Dubai and available for freelance assignments
• Must hold a valid trade license or spousal visa to operate as a freelancer in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Creative Director or senior creative in an agency, communications, or related environment.
• Proven ability to combine creative leadership with hands-on corodination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Adventageous: fluency in Arabic
