About the role
As a Multimedia Designer at Engage, you’ll bring ideas to life across digital, print, motion and interactive media. From bold visuals to dynamic motion pieces, your work will help organisations connect with their people in meaningful, memorable ways.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and account teams to deliver work that is visually striking, on brand, and grounded in strong strategic thinking. Every output should inspire, inform and engage … because that’s what we do best.
What you’ll be doing
Creative design & delivery
- Translate ideas into compelling design concepts, storyboards and finished assets.
- Create high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations and brand assets for digital and print.
- Design and animate motion graphics for videos, presentations and live activations.
- Support interactive and digital experiences such as gamified activations, e-learning modules and microsites.
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines and Engage quality standards.
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters and developers to deliver cohesive, joined-up work.
- Manage multiple projects at once, delivering to deadline without compromising quality.
Innovation & standards
- Stay curious and up to date with design trends, tools and emerging technologies.
- Bring fresh thinking and creative ideas that elevate client communications.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency and craft across all outputs.
What we’re looking for
Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print and motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with interactive design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects.
- UAE-based applicants must hold a valid trade licence or spousal visa.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D design, AR/VR or immersive media.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
